If I want to add or remove a few tasks from / to the standard plan, will the cost change?

Yes. We encourage you to schedule a call (telephonic or video) to discuss the details before signing up for a website plan. The listed rate (for Design and Development) will be adjusted for scope and time required to deliver your project.
How should I convey project specifications for my website?
Project Requirements
Usually, this is a series of calls (telephone / video) and eventually followed by an email confirmation. We should answer things like (but not limited to):
- User Journeys: Depending on your work category, your website either brings in direct sales (for instance, eCommerce) or plays a key role in customer-journeys. Therefore, we need to understand how your website fits in to your overall business workflow and then, how such journeys can be optimized.
- Content Marketing: Do you plan to publish blogs? How many categories and what are these?
- Customer Relationship Management : Do we need a CRM system? What are the growth projections? Should we plan for drip email campaigns?
As for the design specifications, there are a few visual ways to communicate and agree upon.
- Choose Template: You may select a template from some of the finest providers of “Starter Sites” listed on the plan page (under Standard Inclusions and Exclusions). We will then adapt the chosen template to your business.
- Sample Website/s: During the initial discussion, you may share a few sample websites, preferably of your competitors. We can discuss the details from there and arrive at a scope
- Design Prototypes: Provide a design layout and all related assets in a standard format, say, from Figma.
In addition, please also share your logo kit (in PNG / SVG file formats), brand colors (as hex codes) and preferred font styles via email. If you need help developing a logo kit, please let us know.
None of the listed project plans cover what I want. Can you help create a custom website?
Custom Project
Yes. We encourage you to schedule a call (telephonic or video) to discuss the details before signing up for a website plan. We will share the scope agreed and a commercial estimate via email to create a point of reference.
Do I need to provide all content upfront for project completion or, for ongoing edits, do I need to request for support?
Content Dependencies
No. The website project completion has no dependency on you providing content. Our custom content management dashboard makes you independent to upload and manage edits to text and images without a fear of breaking the design or waiting on a support ticket.
Do I need to learn technology to be able to use the content management dashboard?
Dashboard Managament Skills
No. The content management dashboard are intuitive, minimalist and easy to use. As a project go-live task, we provide a walk-through so you are familiar with the workflow.
On the content management dashboard, I cannot find a text field or an image that I want to change.

I need help with content. For instance, how do I get a logo kit?

You have many options.
- Brand Kit: You may use free services such as Canva and Vista, or hire gigs from sites like Fiverr to get the job done.
- Text: If you have trouble writing it yourself, you may hire gigs from sites like Fiverr to get the job done.
- Images: You may use free stock photographs, pay a royalty and use premium images, or click your own pictures and use them online.

The plan pages offer two subscription cycles of monthly and annual. Which one is better?
Subscription Cycles
This is a business decision. While the monthly subscription allows for frequent renewals with relatively lower amounts, the yearly subscription offers a discount of two months per annum. Usually, our customers choose the annual subscription option.
How do I access hosting support?
Maintenance and Support
Your hosting subscription includes not only hosting but also maintenance of server and application. As a fully managed WordPress host, if and when something does go wrong, typically we find out about it before you do and take necessary actions.
Chances are you never have to raise a support ticket. However, if you notice something unusual please write to us. We are here to help.
Where is my website physically hosted?
Hosting Location
From a total of 30+ locations worldwide, we will offer a hosting location closest to your primary audience / customers. Our providers in India have datacenters in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai and New Delhi.
Where should I buy domain and mailboxes from?
Domain and Mailboxes
Here’s what we use ourselves and recommend to manage your domain and mailboxes.
- Domain: Register a domain name and create your online identity at Namecheap. Already have a domain registered somewhere else? No problem — domain transfers are free and easy.
- Mailboxes: As a new customer, if you are looking for mailbox ideas, you may compare Yandex, Gmail, Microsoft, or Zoho. Out of these, Zoho offers a free plan with five mailboxes. If you want us to help you manage your email services, please write to us for a quote.
Plan pages have more than one component. Why is that?
Plan Costs
There are two cost components for every website plan. There’s a one-time cost toward design and development effort and then a recurring or a subscription cost for hosting. The plan pages display these components distinctly.
My project has a few scope changes. How should I process the payment?
Scope Changes
The project scope may include additional tasks or may exclude a few items from the standard. In case of a discount, we will offer you a coupon code that you can apply during checkout. In case of an increase in scope and cost, we will create a separate invoice.
When and how to pay for the one-time design and development effort and the hosting subscription?
Payment Terms
All payments can be paid online via this website. If you need alternate payment options (such as direct bank transfer) for, please write to us.
- Design and Development Cost: The design and development needs to be paid in two equal installments. The first 50% payment is made at the start of the project and the second 50% is to be made before go-live of your website.
- Hosting Cost: The hosting subscription must be paid 100% in advance at the start of the project.
Is my financial data safe?
Financial Data
We do not retain / store your card or bank details. Instead, your payments are captured and processed on this website via standard payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayU.
