Are you looking to publish a directory of local businesses? Be it classified ads, job boards, real estate, cafes and restaurants, yoga studios, or any other listing, it is time to showcase your directory in a dynamic, responsive, and a modern website with a business-claim form.
The project scope, besides the development tasks listed in the standard inclusions and exclusions section below, covers creation of custom templates for up to two directory listing pages and up to one form to add directory listings.
Our pricing is transparent. The one-time signup fee covers the cost of design and development and the recurring amount is for hosting and maintenance. Please review the details below to understand the inclusions and exclusions.

Standard Inclusions and Exclusions
The standard scope of work is limited to the following design and development activities. To provide creative inputs, you may share a few sample websites, preferably of your competitors, or borrow ideas from some of the leading providers of starter sites such as WP Astra, Blocksy Pro, Elegant Themes, or design tools such as Live Canvas, WP Stackable.
- Template for up to one header and one footer layout
- Template for up to one blog and one blog-archive
- Layout and design of up to two legal pages (Privacy Policy, T&C)
- Layout and design of up to three standard pages (Home, About, Contact)
- Design and development of up to one contact form
- Provision of site-wide technical SEO
- Google Analytics integration
- Embed and link social media icons
- Content management dashboard
All our sites come with a custom-built content management dashboard. This DiY feature helps clients to upload and edit website content (images and text), without breaking design elements.
As a norm, the servers for our Managed WordPress (MWP) projects are located in a datacenter nearest to your area of business. Our Indian locations are Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, and Mumbai. For our overseas customers, we offer over 20 locations. The hosting contract includes the following items:

Domain and Mailboxes
- Domain: Register a domain name and create your online identity at Namecheap. Already have a domain registered somewhere else? No problem — domain transfers are free and easy.
- Mailboxes: As a new customer, if you are looking for mailbox ideas, you may compare Yandex, Gmail, Microsoft, or Zoho. Out of these, Zoho offers a free plan with five mailboxes. If you want us to help you manage your email services, please write to us for a quote.
We recommend that you signup for design and development projects only after we have mutually agreed upon a scope, start date, and tentative duration via email. On the Checkout page, you may refer to such details in the Additional Info box. Please note the general limitations that apply:
- Content Services: This website plan does not include creation or provision of content services. If you want help with writing marketing text, researching images, renaming image-filenames, writing alt-text for SEO, optimizing images for performance, uploading images, etc., please contact us for a quote.
- Access Control: We restrict customers’ access to only the content management dashboard. Your website is our responsibility. We take care of all the technical wizardry so you can do what you do best – grow your business. Changes to software configuration or design elements are considered as Change Requests (CRs) that will be scoped seprately.
- Software License: When we create sites, we use authentic and licensed software. If you happen to migrate to a new host, you’d need to buy / subscribe to such software to replace the license keys so as to ensure continuity. Here’s a list of themes and plugins we use and recommend
- Host Migration: We would be sad to see you go 🙁 But, well. If you have to migrate your site out to a new host, we recommend using the Migration, Backup, Staging – WPvivid plugin.
